Geico app on iOS 11

Is anyone having trouble with the Geico app on iOS 11?

I seem to get stuck on the Retrieving your information screen. This is happening on my 7 Plus and my 6s Plus.

I just tried my Geico app on my iPhone SE, iOS 11. The information came up with no problems.

I’m just having a ROUGH day all around. Thank you!

Edit: still not loading. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Oh well, by the time I have to lay my insurance I’m sure it will be OK.

Or I’ll have my new phone.

Yes I am having the same issue on my iPhone 7plus. It’s driving me crazy because we were hit by a tornado a couple of weeks again and I have several open claims. I hope they have a fix soon so I don’t have to keep calling.

That’s weird. I tried the Geico app again a few minutes ago with my iPhone SE and iPad mini 4 and they both work fine, no delays, all my info and services available.

Yup. It’s the same in my new iPhone 8 Plus. Even in my work iPhone 7. None of the three devices can load the information.

That’s bizarre. It’s been hanging up on the retrieving your information screen.

I’ve tried removing it, rebooting the phone (there’s a new process for that, the old process sounds off an alarm and gets to to a 911/emergency screen!) reinstalling it, it still hangs up.

AHA!!!! It finally opened. There was an update to the app for “minor bug fixes.”
