Game transfer from Blackberry to iPad

Hello,

Is it possible and how to transfer games (such as SIMS) from Blackberry (i.e. Z10) to iPad 4? I've reached high levels and it would be a hassle to start all over again from scratch. Appreciate any feedback please.

Maybe the game developer can help. If there's any other way, I don't know.

Quite understandable... Developers aren't earning many money from apps, most of the time, and give a cross platform licensing doesn't seem to be a good idea.
