So basically I've been trying to get my documents folder to automatically sync with google drive, dropbox, etc. I used Macdropany and syncplicity and now my documents folder is showing the heading of "iCloud" and now says my documents folder doesn't exist. How can I fix it? i Included some screenshots

Did you use the Pages app to compose the documents? If so, it appears to be defaulted to save to iCloud, depending on your OS X version. Have you checked iCloud, if applicable, to see if your missing documents are listed there?

I have the most up to date version of mountain lion and I actually never used the pages app. I use Microsoft word. The issue isn't that I can't get any of the documents cause for some reason when i click the documents tab on the finder I can access it fine it just says iCloud on the top instead of "Documents" it just gives me that error when I try to access it from /username/documents. I do have my iCloud syncing with everything on the Mac but before I was messing with macdropany and tried to get the documents folder synced with anything it was fine.

I'm not familiar with macdropany, but it sounds like that's the root of the problem. Have you looked to see if they have a forum or support email where you can get help?

I actually just figured it out. I also was using an app called iClouDrive and I guess I tried to sync the Documents folder with it too and instead of it created a shortcut to the iClouDrive folder it moved it completely. Thanks guys!
