I walked into AT&T today and asked if they had a 64GB or 128GB iPhone 6. They said no, but we have one 64GB Plus left. Yep, I'll take that to go please...

I got the color I wanted but not size. Went with a 16GB Gold. Really wanted the 64, but boyfriend didn't want to wait and we were switching companies and wanted to start at the same time.

I definitely got the color and size I wanted: 64GB Gold 6 Plus. I did not set my alarm for 2:50 AM eastern time on September 12 for nothing, and spend 40 minutes trying to complete the order. It was definitely worth it.

I originally got the silver 128gb, but was able to trade for an unopened SG 128gb. Love it!!! I do like how the gold looks, but prefer the black front

But NOW I want 6+.

Nope.... Ended up with the 16gb silver version! Wanted the 64gb or 128gb silver!! But stock was limited and I did not want to return the device within the 14 day period offered through O2 UK.

It is interesting how many people at the launch window for a new Apple device give up on their first choice and get whatever is in stock.

I see posts all the time of people wanting one thing and walking away with something different. Sometimes it is the color and other times the storage size. Some even walk away with the color and storage size they did not initially want.

Honestly I myself was town between two colors and the stock situation made my decision for me. It is funny how we will settle when this is a product that costs quite a bit and we expect to have for at least a year.... Hopefully longer.

Yeah I'm not one of those people. If I go to a bar and order a certain beer and they are out of the beer I want I leave. I don't compromise when it comes to something I want. That said I got the Iphone 6 Plus Space Grey 128GB model roughly three days after launch. Exactly what I wanted.

I wanted the 64GB Silver Plus...ordered it from Verizon. Waited for 32 days...on the 33rd day I cancelled my order-went to the Apple store and purchased the 128GB Gold Plus. Not what I wanted initially, but glad I got it!

I wanted the 64 silver 6 and ordered it from AT&T. After a month with no progress cancelled and ordered the 64 SG 6 from April. After a couple a days found a 128 SG 6 at a nearby Apple Store, so got that one and cancelled the order.

I am glad I got the SG and not the silver. I don't really need 128 gb but not complaining.

Pre-ordered mine as soon as apple's website went live and got my 64Gb Gold iPhone 6 plus on launch day. Been loving this device ever since.
