Deleted UIKit from Cydia...... Now no cydia icon!! Help Please !!

So, my phone is an iPhone 5 running iOS 6.1.4. I jailbreaked by phone a month or two before using posixpwn. Everything was fine but today I noticed my weather app was crashing so I tried many methods from the internet and none worked. Then I thought of reinstalling UIKit by DELETING IT FROM CYDIA and again installing.
After I deleted it and respring the cydia icon is nowhere !!

It still shows CYDIA APP INSTALL IN IFUNBOX WHICH MEANS CYDIA IS NOT DELETED its just the UIKit deleted.
I tried putting Cydia 1.1.9.deb in the CYDIA APP INSTALL folder through iFunbox but it did not help. Still now showing up.
WHAT can I do now ?

Download UIKit from cydiaupdates.net and reinstall using iFunBox.
