copying items to dropbox

how do you copy items from win zip app Dropbox

I am not sure what you meant do but I have dropbox installed on ALL of my devices so if something I need to look at later a quick drag and drop on the DB on my PC and later look at it on any Apple device I have at the time. If more please let me know.

WinZip should offer the option to add Dropbox. You would need to log in to Dropbox in WinZip. Then there should be an option to upload to Dropbox.
