ColorSchemer: Create Your Own Color Palettes

I just discovered this app tonight, and I already LOVE it...it lets you take any photo on your device and use it to create personal color palettes for use in design work. Easy to use, gives color codes in multiple formats...just great! If you do design work it's worth a look (and it's free!).
