ClearLowNotifications Now Available in Cydia!

A variation on my ClearHighNotifications theme, ClearLowNotifications moves your notifications further down the lock screen, providing space for themes that use the top half of the lock screen:



Note that this isn't compatible with the Hide Top Bar feature of Springtomize2; to use the theme you'll need Lockscreen Clock Hide instead.

Anyone know what tweak makes the notifications that pop up at the top of the screen slim so they fit in the taskbar and do not obstruct the top of apps?
