Certain books are not available on iBooks store in my area

Hi I was looking forward to ready Mastery by Robert Greene and Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill but they are not available for iBooks in Pakistan. Can anybody help me how to download them from iBooks and any other source to allow me reading on my iPhone.
