can't open an old song app

I updated my iPhone recently. I had a music app with 1500+ songs, that won't open up anymore because it is not supported in the new ios version. is there any way to open the app or at least get the names of the songs?
( i even tried getting the app background files and tried to get around - no success).

I recommend you reach out to the app's developer(s) for assistance. That would probably be your best bet or downgrade back to the previous iOS version.
