Can you shower with the Apple Watch 5?

I showered with my Series 3 all the time, soap all over, no problems. I would take it off to wash the back to get any gunk off, worked fine. Now I shower with the Series 5, wear in the pool, and hot tub. No issues at all. It's made to be worn.

Just a note, though that people should know that Apple does not cover water damage under warranty. If you have a watch with water damage and have AppleCare+, it will be counted as one of your two incidents. This despite the fact that the watch is marketed as water resistant and even for people who have not subject the watch to anything but shallow water swimming.

So, keep it in mind if you want to continue showering with the AW. (I have an almost three year old S2 that I would swim with daily in the summer, wear in the rain, etc., and it has continued to maintain its water resistance.)
