Not at this time. Perhaps watchOS 2.0 or later will bring that feature.

This is something I've been hoping for as well...I feel like 30 seconds would be perfect for me...but there's no reason you shouldn't be able to customize it. Fingers crossed for 2.0!

Yeah there probably should be some option here but keep in mind that the screen is a huge battery drain. I bet you'd quickly change that 30 seconds to something much shorter if it were an option.
