Best cleaning material for a macbook with retina?

Hey guys,

What are some good cleaning material for a macbook? My friend borrowed mine, and when he returned it, it was very dirty! What do you personally use for wiping the display and keyboard?

The micro fiber cloth that comes with protecting tv's and glasses is your best bet, I use them for cleaning my iPhone.

Damp (not wet) paper towel swiped in straight lines across the screen...then a microfiber cloth or shammy to dry. I've never used any kind of cleaning agent on mine, and my screens have always been flawless.

Walmart sells a box of screen cleaners ZEISS LENS CLEANING WIPES PRE-MOSITENED, it's $5 for 100 wipes, I keep some in my bag, they work fantastic on all my iGadgets as well as my sun glasses.
