Apple weather in notification

So my weather is turned on and location service is on but for some reason it's not showing?

Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Weather > [ALWAYS]

Then open the native weather app at least once.

Yes did that and nothing

Go to the bottom of the notification screen and tap "Edit". Then add "Today Summary" widget.

I disabled mine, and then added the Yahoo! Weather App to my phone and also added the weather widget to my Notification Center the same way.

Got it apparently today summary needs to be added to widget
