My app store is telling me i have updates when i dont! What can i do to remove these notifications!

One of the things I have never figured out, but have a workaround for it. Not sure why it happens either as I update my apps through iTunes and keep my iPhone & apps very up to date. My workaround is to turn off the notification settings for the App Store. I do not use the App Store on my iPhone, so it works perfect. Below you will see what my Notification Settings are for the App Store. You will still get a notification, but only when you have the App Store open. It will no longer show the notifications on the homescreen. Hopefully some more suggestions will be added to assist you.

You can just turn the red badge off if it bothers you. Or try this:
Close App Store hard through app switcher/swipe up.
Open App Store. Be ready. As soon as the App Store opens, have your finger where Update All will be and start tapping, FURIOUSLY. I was successful in tapping it before it disappeared and all my apps updated.
