Am I eligible to still be covered by apple for the MacBook Pro Delamination.

MacBook Pro is a late 2013 model and I've been told that I am outside of the 4 year window. My laptop was purchased in Feb 14.
However an article by iMore says I have until July 2018.How did you get to this date?
