2 icloud accounts

My iPhone 5 was running slow and battery was draining fast, so I call apple and they help reset my phone but they had me create a iCloud and we backed everything up to it, but I already had a iCloud account, so now I have 2 but I am trying to find my photos witch are in the new iCloud account, so how do I get to my new account.

You can go to iCloud.com and sign into your new account. Photos should be available there.

Unless you took photos after logging in with your new iCloud account, your photos will NOT be associated with that particular account. Go to Settings - Mail, Contacts, Calendars - Add account, and then reconfigure your previous iCloud account. Afterwards, the photos associated with the account should sync to your iPhone.
