My SE also runs excellently on 11.2. I have no reason to upgrade to an SE 2 in 2018. However, I would like Apple to release one next year so that it’s there for me at discount prices in 2019. :D

The iOS 11 ability to set a second function is handy. Now when listening to podcasts or audiobooks I can double-tap one of them to go back 15 or 20 seconds if I missed something as well as having pause/play on the other. Switching devices hasn’t improved at all—I still have to do so manually...

All in all I feel that iOS 11 is just fine. I do like it better than iOS 10. It’s not my favorite OS of all time (that would be Windows Phone 8.1) but I’m good with it. :)

That’s weird. I tried the Geico app again a few minutes ago with my iPhone SE and iPad mini 4 and they both work fine, no delays, all my info and services available.

You might also check Settings>General>Language & Region to make sure it didn’t somehow get changed.

I’m not noticing any difference with iOS 11 on my iPhone SE or iPad mini 4. For example, here's the iPad’s time to drop the battery down to 62%. Seems okay to me. (Usage 5:15 hrs, Standby 8:34 hrs, for those who can’t view the attachment.)

I just tried my Geico app on my iPhone SE, iOS 11. The information came up with no problems.

100% A-OK on my SE as well. No glitches so far and I don’t notice any battery life change. But it’s a fact of life that no matter what the OS update some devices will have issues, for whatever reason. I’ll just count myself fortunate.

Re: iOS 11 Is out! iPhone SE updated successfully. Both it and the iPad mini 4 are running very smoothly, no problems. It seems like the touch ID on both of them works faster. But I might be imagining it. :)

Well, I just got it like 20 minutes ago for my iPad mini 4 and I never did beta. I have got to say the thing I like the most so far is the new keyboard! Worth the upgrade all by itself. As I explore I might find something else I like better. ;) Edit: too bad my iPhone SE still has the same...

The SE will only be two years old next spring, so I'm not really worried at this point. Although I won't object to any upgrade, I'm good for one or two years with what I have. At this point I would much rather see a pro-level upgrade to my iPad mini 4. Yeah, I know, dream on. :p
