Has anyone else had problems with the iPhone Google Photos app? I upload a lot of photos to my google photos account (to use them on a google nest hub) but lately there have been a lot of photos that say 'Partial Upload' and it only uploads the photo in 0.5 resolution...How can i fix this?

I have a LOT of photos in my iCloud account...Over 100,000 actually (it is a combination of photos i took with my iPhone and ones that I took with my actual camera)....However, lately it keeps saying that it is 'Uploading 100,000' photos...then over the course of the day...the number it is says...
