i have been looking to do this as well, but to what i have read on the nookstudy etextbbooks, you CAN NOT use them on a ipad or other mobile devices other then your laptop. but it seems that you can get the same books from amazon kindle, and since your a college student, your eligible for amazon...

I am thinking of purchasing an ipad 2 to use in college, and since this semester i have a ton of books that i don't want to stuff in my bag, i was curious how well the ipad displays the nookstudy ebooks. does/has anyone used the ipad for text books? are there good apps for studying general...

i would like to get an ipad, it would be really useful for my college classes, for notes, and Ebooks, and other resources.

most of these ideas sound great to me. personally from whats said i would love some added new features such as custom tones for texts and email. wifi sync would be really sweet. the larger memory option would be really nice. 64gb would be useful for the users who really use it to its advantage...

is airprint for certain printers only? i have a Epson wifi printer. but can not find it. is there a list of compatible printers? or a place to configure it to work?

yes it would be, i don't know how many times i get to doing something, set my iphone somewhere and hope that someone would just text or call so i can find it. now i can just send a tone. glad this is now free for us.

i can not wait to update, the new tones to what i can tell from the 4.2 in 5 minutes sound ok, but the airprint is going to be nice. be able to open, and print a document right from my phone. pretty nifty if you ask me. :)

no i dont think so. sprint, ATT, and Plateau are the only ones that work, well and verizon.

ok so my situation isn't to great, right now i am away at college away from where i originally purchased my iphone and plan, apparently ATT does not have service in my current area, so i can not use my edge/3g at all or they will cut my service off, is there a free/easy way to unlock the iphone...

Anyone else having a problem with the app store? What I try and download becomes a white blank icon, and never downloads. Been like that all day now on different wifi networks.

i honestly didnt have the issue till i updated. but still never dropped a call or had horrible call quality. people are taking the problem and just making it seem worse then it actually is. the phone is fine. especially if you stick a case, bumper or invisisheild on it. which i would recommend 1...
