Default macOS Sierra - wake issues (beta 2)

When I close my lid, and open it up again, the screen is black.
I can hear noises if I press volume up and down.
I have to force restart the computer.

    Anyone else having same issue?

One reason it's beta. No for those who use Mac as a daily driver day to day... But No I can't say I have the issue as I don't have it installed.

Yes! Was about to write a post on the same issue. My Mac will Auto Unlock and I can here the YouTube video playing but nothing on the screen. Also happens to me when my screen goes to sleep after screensaver. Have to restart each time :/

If you guys have Duet Display installed or any app that's similar then you need to uninstall it. That should fix your wake issues.

That's why this is the beta life. Learn to love with the issues that come along with it if your dare to install it on your mac.

Reinstall Duet Display then use the uninstall option from the apps drop down menu to fully uninstall it.

nope. Beta 3 didn't fix it.

Hi, was wondering if there was a particular step you too to fix it? I'm seeing the same issue and it's driving me up the wall. Thanks!

In my case, a while back I had installed AirParrot. Just had to uninstall that.
