Showing function keys on touchbar by default

I found good explanation on this issue here http://www.imore.com/comment/reply/40336/769033 , but have a question, which I can't add to "old" posts being a newcomer to the site. So, a new thread:

I have installed VirtualBox app to run Windows virtually. I have added "VirtualBox" app to "Function Keys"-list as was explained in the link above; and it works OK, but only for the VirtualBox app itself. It doesn't work for the virtual machine I run from VirtualBox, because the virtual machine is run as a separate app named "VirtualBoxVM". And this VirtualBoxVM doesn't show in the list of applications which I could add to "Function Keys"-list.
