ipad springboard crash on app update

Since upgrading to iOS 7 on my iPad every time i update apps in the Appstore the Springboard crashes. Crash reporter has not been any help in finding a cause.

Check to see if any of your tweaks are not compatible with iOS 7.

As far as I can tell they all are. I also notice it crashes when moving icons between homescreen pages. Here is what I have:

Weeloader & Rocketbootstrap would be my guess looking at your list.

I used the app list to generate that list. When I look in installed packages in cydia I do not see those listed. How do I remove them?
