FakeClockUp / SI glitch in iBooks on new iPad

Hi,

I tried both FakeClockUp and Speed Intensifier to speed up my 3rd gen iPad, I use FakeClockUp on my iPhone 4S and I miss the faster responsiveness and overall speed boost when using my iPad. Both tweaks work great on my iPad except when I use iBooks.

In iBooks the book animations get all glitchy and jumpy when I increase the system's animation speed. Since I use iBooks a lot, its a real annoyance. Does anyone know of a way to fix this or exempt just iBooks from FakeClockUp or SI's speed tweak?
