App to free up memory

Looking for an app to free up memory if/when free memory drops below a certain amount. I heard of an app like this but I forgot the name.

I use an app called SBSettings it has a feature in it that allows you to free up memory when it drops low but it does not tell you when memory is low.

Yeah I use sbsettings too but I think there's an app that will automatically free memory when it drops below a certain amount.
