Please Help

Hi,
I've been wanting to jailbreak my iPhone 4 (4.2.1) for a while now, and not that I can, I don't know how to do it. I don't want to lose all my apps, contacts, and music if possible. I don't even know where to start. If someone could point me in the right direction I would be forever grateful! I came from Blackberry before this, so I never had to do anything this complex. LOL I'm stilling learning! I'm using a windows pc if that helps.

you shouldn't lose contacts, apps & music in the jailbreak JBing process unless you f*** it up bad
