help please problem with jailbreak

i wanted to jailbreak my device 4.2.1 and after jailbreak was installing comes a thing told me i need to close program damnn please helpp

yes i jailbreaked my iphone 4 and after all i wanted to go to cydia and there is only file Cydia not the picture or anything its not working do you guys have any idea.

Have you try rebooting the phone? Please note that your phone could be tethered, means you must use Redsnow to boot up the phone, depending which iPhone you have.
