Downgrading a 3GS can be very difficult so I have designed a application that will guide you through downgrading a iPhone 3gs from 4.0 or 3.1.3 to 3.1.2. Download here. You will need to have been previously jailbroken on the firmware you want to downgrade to. Also please extract the folder to your desktop.
