problems with iphone

i have a 3gs 16gb new bootrom jailbroken using spirit. i updated to the new iso4 through i tunes and my phone is no longer jailbroken all the apps i had wont open and the internet does not work. it will work on wifi but not 3g. what can i do can i restore my phone or anything???

Yes you can. Go google search how to put your iphone into DFU mode, and restore 4.0 with itunes.
