Dtunes - Transferring the downloads

I downloaded the dtunes app on my jailbroke phone.

I successfully downloaded two torrents and they work and everything.
Now i was wondering if i can transfer the music i downloaded from my iphone to the computer through USB?

I dont have a wireless connection so it has to be through USB. Itunes dont seem to find the music downloaded.

Anyone? I did search but could not really find much. I have a app on the phone which can move the files around etc. But all i need is to be able to move the files so that either itunes recognises them or even be able to transfer the files onto the PC through USB and then put the tunes back onto the iphone through itunes.

Help much appreciated
