iTunes stuck at processing file

How do I fix this? I tried deleting the download folder and starting over again and its the same. Apps and movies get stuck and won't complete. I can even watch the whole movie and it still won't finish processing. Re-booted and upgraded iTunes to no avail. This is on my Mac Mini with 10.9.4, I can't seem to download 10.9.5.

Are you still having the problem or has it rectified itself?

It is still a problem. It happens on my MacBook but it rights itself quickly, the Mac Mini it doesn't.
