Managing Media files/folders in itunes

I am trying to manage multiple medias using itunes. At one point i remember itunes having a folder alongside the music, moves and tv shows folders in the itunes sidebar called music videos. I would like to keep my music vids in itunes but would also like to add movies, however, i dont want to staore them in the same folder. Does anyone know how to add another folder in the side bar?
