Non-specific/Simple/Modern Ringtones on iTunes?

Is there anywhere I can easily find some simple ringtones that's not related to a song? I've had a good look in iTunes, but this doesn't seem to be offered. I just don't feel like having MJ Billy Jean blasting while I'm treating my patients..it's just a bit on the unprofessional side.

Guess that's where the blackberry went well with. Lots of simple, modern, non-specific ringtones whereas iPhone only has a very limited few which actually sound half decent.

Check out the archived post on this forum there are a couple buisness type ringtones . And the black berry and windows mobile ringtones on there .

I would like that too. It would be nice if there were more ringtones available that are not songs.
