Good For Enterprise contacts won't disappear. please help

I had Good For Enterprise installed on my phone. Hated it, deleted it, erased all data, erased and deleted all all backups, resent sync history.. then jb'd my phone. Some how the Good contacts are back and I don't know how. I don't need them as I have an Exchange account set up and back up with Google contacts. Any thoughts?

Perhaps when you had it installed the contacts from it merged with your Exchange contacts?
