Mail App

My mail app started crashing on me. I originally set my mail app so that when I open it it lists all my email from all of my a counts but now every time I go back to look at my individual folders the app crashes and it only happens when I try to go into my folders. Has this happened to anyone else?

First things first - have you reset your device or even powered it off and then back on? Next question is what kind of email are you using?

Yes I reset my device three times and I'm using gmail, aol and Comcast.net

how do you completely reset your device ? I hold the lock and home keys till it shuts off.

I wait a few minutes and turn it back on

is there a better way ?
