Documents to Go Syncing issues

I hope it's ok to post this here because dataviz's forums (forums.dataviz.com) aren't very useful at all.

Is anyone else having issues with syncing? I have premium, but I can't sync online using anything (google docs, box.net, dropbox, sugarsync) none work, even though I'm successfully logged in.

I do not have the same problem so something else is in play. Maybe delete and reinstall the app (sorry I know it's a lame answer but it's all I've got)
