Haptic Feedback for 3D touch disabled after a Facebook call on speaker phone

I have uncovered a strange bug on my 7 Plus. If I end a Facebook Messenger call which I was doing on speaker phone, the haptic feedback from 3D Touch no longer works anywhere in the system. It still works when I put the phone on silent, or an incoming notification on silent. But anywhere where there is 3D Touch, it doesn't work until I restart.
I don't know if this is a Facebook thing or if it happens on other calling apps.

Thanks for the information. Having said that, have you reported the "strange bug" to Apple via their feedback page?
