In backing up my new 6s Plus to iTunes, will I lose current data on the new phone?

In backing up my new 6s Plus to iTunes

I've been using my new phone for a month so there is new data that I don't want to loose. If I hit "Restore" from my previous iPhone, will I loose the current data on the new phone or will the 2 be blended?

In the initial set up, did you restore a backup from the old phone to the new phone?

If NO... restoring from the old backup would over-write whatever is currently on the phone...
