I have a 2010 Honda Civic LS with built in USB.

Will I be able to charge my iPhone 6 while driving with out problems? I have not yet tried it, but will be taking road trip and want to be able to charge my phone.

I find USB sockets in cars are a bit hit and miss. Sometimes they charge a phone and sometimes not. It's more reliable to get a USB adaptor for the cigarette lighter. You can pick these up for a couple of euros and they always work.
