Why is my new phone stuck on Find My iPhone page

I was setting up my new iPhone 6 Plus & got to the Find My iPhone page & it won't respond to "Use Find My iPhone" or Don't Use Find my iPhone"?

Welcome to iMore! If you're stuck on the page and your phone isn't responding reset your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo.

Another thought if the reset instructions @DevilishBanker provided don't work you may need to restore the device. I doubt you will need to but if you do here are the instructions:
