Phone still ringing without SIM card

Why is my phone still ringing if the SIM card has been removed and put into another phone? Now I have two phones ringing when the phone rings.

Do you have google number set up? Can you make a call without sin?

No I don't. I haven't tried to make a call with it. Let me see....

You have continuity setup. On the phone you don't want to ring go to settings-facetime-and turn off iphone cellular calls.

Ok, so I can't make phone calls because it says no SIM card. But I can receive phone calls and talk on it....lol. I have it on wifi in my house.
