Reliable site for unlocking iPhone 6 Plus?

i might be receiving iPhone 6 plus form the US from my cousin and i am here in Philippines, and that Phone is locked is there any way i can unlock the phone any reliable site which unlocks iphone 6?... please help thank you (she just wanted the Plan offers not the Phone)

I have used cellfservices dot com before and they worked fine. I have also went the cheap route on eBay before but make sure you use PayPal to protect yourself when buying on eBay.
