Why won't my iPhone 5s download videos anymore?

My iPhone 5s wont download videos.

I post videos a lot and I normally email myself and download my videos to my photos but now I can't. It will only let me download my video to iCloud, I do that and save it to a shared folder in my photos, but when I open the shared folder the videos disappear. Help Please

Where do you post videos? Where do you download them from? Are you seeing all the share options in Mail? Can you show screenshots?
