iPhone 5s battery usage and standby

ok so ive had my 5s for about 3 months now and the battery has been great. but lately ive noticed in my settings the usage and standby times are the same. still no complaint about the battery or battery life just wondering what those things meant. before the two always had different time amounts and now theyre always the same.

Go to Settings - Cellular and then scroll down the list of apps having access to cellular function and check to see if "Settings" is enabled for it.

Try a reboot or charge your phone to capacity while it is completely turned off.
