I got it from Craigslist and its blacklisted. It's T-Mobile if I unlock it and use it for AT&T will it work for AT&T?

If u unlock it then u can use it on AT&T. Just insert SIM card

Sounds like they sold you a stolen phone. You will have to purchase an unlock online.

How I'm going to get a unlock code for a iPhone it has to be unlocked thru iTunes

You will need to send them your imei# from the phone. Once they unlock the device, you plug into iTunes to complete the unlock. They will give u a step by step instructions once they unlock it
