Help!!! Will my iphone be unlocked on os8.1.2?

Hi
I bought a locked iphone 5 from ebay (japan softbank carrier )ios8.1.2 pre-installed
Phone shows the welcome screen and gives an error to insert valid sim card ((
I bought r-sim air to unlock but no reactions ;(((
Q: Will the phone be unlocked on ios8.1.2 & r-sim?

I realized the owner placed a r-sim( like r-sim 9 or 8) INSIDE THE IPHONE!!!!!!! Sounds impossible but its true (soldiered gevey with wires to board & one of the wires is separated )he couldn't unlock it
so i have to remove it and place new gevey normally ,right?

I've found videos of bypassing lock screen for os 8&7 .no method for os 8.1.2 ?
