But I logged into aim on safari on my phone, and deleted a mail than I needed (also from the trash)

is there a way I can view safari's cache and find this email, or even a screen shot of it?:huh:

I doubt it, but you can check Safari's history folder. Tap the next last icon at the bottom of mobile Safari and then select "history".

Yeah I did that, it just takes me to the deleted mail folder.

I doubt a spotlight search will be I if assistance but give it a try. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you.
