Phoenix metro area... west side suburbs (Glendale and Peoria). The -84 is the signale strength. Those speeds were LTE speeds, but at the time I took the screen shot, I was on my home wifi network.

for the techie, that's -84 dBm, signal strength. the bigger the number (i.e -100), the weaker the signal strength. The smaller the number (i.e -70), the stronger the signal. Hope that answer your question.

Here's the link to the instructions... I believe that it only works on GSM phones (AT&T, T-Mo, etc).

Sure it did. 50 to 75 is excellent signal strength. But it is a bad system
