Sprint iPhone 5 LTE test Chicago is this normal?

I bought my iPhone 5 yesterday and well I was told there is not LTE service yet in Chicago area. I notice the LTE signal showing up once on a while so I decided to do a speed test. I was in Elgin IL and these were my results. Is this normal?

Looking good! I'm in an established Sprint LTE area and average 15-18 Mbps LTE

LTE speeds can hit up to 100 Mbps. Just depends how good your coverage
is. What you were hitting was pretty good for an area they're still building on
and haven't actually announced as being covered yet. So it can probably go
even faster, eventually.

I have sprint. We have yet to get LTE going here in Miami. You should be glad you have LTE in ur area. Those speeds are awesome. I know for sure soon Miami will get LTE. Just 2 days ago a member from another forum discovered a live LTE sprint tower in Miami.
