Take Picture and Can See Picture, However When Trying to Send It's A White Screen

I"ve had this happen a few times now, and it's becoming quite annoying. I'll take a picture of something and when I go into pictures I can view it however when trying to send it to someone all I get is a white screen and they get a white box on their end. What is going on with my phone? Any ideas? I've turned my phone off and back on and it still does this for whatever reason to the image/s I just took.

Can I ask what ios are you running, and have downloaded any new photo apps that can be causing it
